Bob is a CPA who started his career working for an International CPA firm. He entered private industry and became a Controller for a furniture and automotive upholstery manufacturer, a CFO directing the financial operations of a group of automobile dealerships, a COO directing the overall operations of a consumer products manufacturer, COO of a start-up technology communications firm and President of a consumer finance company. Bob has ten plus years experience in the staffing industry, including membership in the prestigious President's Club of a Fortune 500 recruiting company. He holds a BS in Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting from Northeastern University. Bob is the Division Director of Accounting and Finance for PSSI.

Tiffany has a BS in Chemistry and a Masters in Education from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Tiffany started her career as a high school chemistry teacher and spent several years teaching math and science in a middle school setting. After a seven year teaching career, Tiffany embarked on a successful career as a Sales Manager and Recruiter for a national direct marketing company.

Tiffany decided to expand her recruiting skills and joined PSSI as a Staffing Associate, focusing on recruiting candidates for accounting and finance positions. Today Tiffany's role has expanded to Managing Recruiter; she balances her time between candidate development and managing, mentoring, and training our staff of Recruiters. Tiffany's highly developed listening skills, multi tasking ability and desire to help her candidates find the right position for their career development, has enabled her to be a highly effective resource for professionals across all levels seeking positions in accounting and finance.

Steve has 20+ years of progressive experience in the staffing/recruiting industry including permanent, contract and temporary staffing. Steve's primary focus has been in the fields of accounting and finance and has held Senior Management positions for large, worldwide staffing companies. Prior to entering the staffing industry, Steve held accounting positions including Controller and Sales Manager for a large medical products company. Steve's hands-on experience in the accounting field enables him to fully understand the needs of his clients and to qualify the best candidates for his clients to interview.

Karen has a Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising and Marketing from Mount Ida College in Newton. She started her career with well known retail organizations working her way up to International Project Manger focusing on brand and retail development. After 10 years in retailing, Karen embarked upon a new career path in sales and recruiting. She was employed by a regional management consulting organization as an Account Executive helping clients build exceptional organizations through the implementation of "best in class" recruiting, selection and employee retention tools. Eventually Karen was responsible for developing and successfully launching a recruiting division for the regional management consulting firm. She was recognized for her success working with key clients to source, screen and recruit exceptional sales talent. Karen joined PSSI as a Recruiter in 2007.

Elaine joined PSSI as a Recruiter in our Temporary Staffing Division after a successful career as an Executive Assistant for some of Boston's top law firms, as well as in the private sector for public, high tech companies. Elaine is a real "people person" with an intense desire to provide her candidates with attractive temporary and temp-to-perm opportunities within the accounting and administrative fields. Early in Kurt's career he held various positions in the accounting field including Supervisor of Sales Audit, Internal Controls and Banking Center Manager. Kurt has additional experience with SEC reporting, GAAP, and financial analysis. Kurt decided to make a career change and utilize his accounting experience as a Recruiter.

Prior to joining PSSI, Kurt was a Recruiter with a Fortune 500 staffing agency. Melody started her accounting career over ten years ago in an Accounts Receivable roll for an institution of higher education in the state of Massachusetts. After four years in that position, Melody joined a publicly traded medical device manufacturing company and held several accounting positions and worked her way into a supervisory role.

After six years with the medical device company, Melody decided to change her career and became a Recruiter in the staffing industry. Prior to joining PSSI, she was a Recruiter for a Fortune 500 staffing firm. Melody has her Associate's in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, and is actively pursing her Master of Science degree in accounting. Melody's hands-on accounting experience is valued by her candidates, as she has "been in their shoes" and understands the challenges of accounting. Melody has assisted many of her candidates to identify and secure opportunities in accounting and finance.

Cheryl joined PSSI after 20 years experience in accounting and administration and held positions including Corporate Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, Office Manager and Full Charge Bookkeeper. Much of Cheryl's experience was in the distribution and construction industry. Cheryl's work history included several promotions and increased levels of responsibility.

Cheryl's vast experience and desire for a career change brought her to PSSI in the role of Researcher for our Recruiting staff. Her accounting and finance knowledge coupled with strong systems skills has enabled Cheryl to be a valued asset to the Recruiting team.

Bill is a University of Massachusetts graduate with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His career originated in the world of information technology, where he held positions from programmer to IT Director. He managed a nation-wide IT organization for a Fortune 100 company. During this time he was responsible for creating several IT organizations from scratch, which taught him valuable lessons about how to source and evaluate good technical people.

In the 1990's Bill began his recruiting career when he started an IT staffing business. At PSSI, Bill's focus is qualifying and filling contract and permanent IT positions for his clients. Bill brings a unique combination of IT knowledge, business background and years of staffing experience to this role which allows him to understand the needs of a hiring manager and source the best available talent.

Steve graduated from Bryant College in Rhode Island with a degree in Finance. Steve started his career in commercial banking with Bank of Boston and then relocated to Atlanta Georgia to pursue his MBA in Entrepreneurship. Danielle graduated from Framingham State College with a degree in Business Administration. She got into technical recruiting and has been recruiting for eight plus years. She worked at one company for over 7 years and grew from an entry-level Recruiter to the Team Lead and was the top producer. Her background includes recruiting for several industries: manufacturing, engineering, software, biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device. She joined PSSI in 2008 as a Senior Recruiter in temporary and permanent staffing for both the Accounting/Finance and IT industries.
